Brainwaves are the electrical signals generated by your brain during activity, reflecting your mental state, mood, and level of consciousness.

There are five primary types of neural oscillations: Gamma, Beta, Alpha, Theta, and Delta. Each type has a distinct frequency and role.

  • Finally, in deep sleep, the majority of vibrations are delta type (0.5 to 4 Hz).
